CEE Mortgage Corporation is a mortgage specialist dedicated to increasing competition and service within the Central Eastern European (CEE) mortgage market.
CEE Mortgage Corporation would also become a partner to main commercial banks, by acquiring their pool of loans, and allowing them to improve their capital ratio and to increase their lending capacity by exchanging illiquid pool of loans for cash. Commercial banks are then able to increase their capacity to lend and retain at the same time previous administrative fees of the pool of loans sold to CEE Mortgage Corporation, and gain new administrative and interest fees. |
